This policy covers withmagic.ai, the website you are reading now. It is operated by WithMagic, a sole proprietorship based in Hermosa Beach, California, United States.
It does not cover the individual products listed on this site. Those run on their own domains and each one has its own privacy policy. Read the policy on the product you are actually using.
Nothing that identifies you. This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party widgets. It sets no cookies of its own, and it stores nothing in your browser. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so no third party is told which pages you read.
Two companies handle the request that delivered this page, and both process technical data in order to do that:
WithMagic does not receive, store or analyse those logs. Neither company is given permission to use the data for advertising.
The email address on this site is a real mailbox. If you write to it, the message and the address it came from are kept for as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of the exchange. That mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Nothing sent to it is added to a marketing list, and nothing is sold or shared.
No payment is taken on this website. Purchases happen on the individual product sites, and are processed by Stripe, which handles card details directly. WithMagic never sees or stores a card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that processing.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. For this website the honest answer is usually that there is nothing to produce, because nothing identifying is collected. If you have emailed, write to the address below and the correspondence will be deleted on request.
WithMagic does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than applied quietly.
